Fresh Check Day
Fresh Check Day is a concept created by The Jordan Porco Foundation and designed to bring the whole campus community together to “check-in” on the mental health and wellness of college students. The event is free and has been organized by Student Wellness Promotion with collaborating campus departments, student volunteers, and representatives of The Jordan Porco Foundation.
Come visit the Upper Gym of the Rec Center on Wednesday, March 11th from 10am-1pm. There will be free breakfast burritos, 9 interactive booths to check out, many giveaways and activities, and a chance to win noise canceling headphones or an air fryer.

Time to Ungrind
Time to Ungrind is a movement to fight back against hustle and grind culture. In partnership with the Coalition of Colorado Campus Alcohol and Drug Educators, Mines analyzes self-reported student wellness data and creates programs to encourage students to use healthy coping strategies when they feel overwhelmed. We encourage students to take some TIME to UNGRIND! Find out more by visiting https://timetoungrind.com.
Sexual and Reproductive Wellness Fair
